Do you train on customer data?
Only within the tenant. Mediaorigo never trains models cross-tenant on customer data; per-tenant models stay isolated.
Are AI decisions explainable?
Yes. Every routing or classification decision is logged with the rationale, the confidence score and the inputs that drove it.
Can humans override?
Always. The AI is a suggestion engine, not an autopilot. Reviewers can override, and overrides feed back into training.
Which AI providers do you use?
A mix of in-house models and external APIs (currently Anthropic + open-source). Customers can require fully self-hosted models on the on-premise tier.
