Is this a Slack replacement?
Not exactly. It replaces the operations conversations you would otherwise have in Slack — invoice approvals, document reviews, partner communications. For general chat, Slack stays fine.
Can external partners join?
Yes — with per-tenant access control. Suppliers, resellers, contractors get scoped channels, not full tenant access.
Email integration?
Yes. Inbound email lands on the right business object as a thread; outbound from the platform shows up as normal email for external recipients.
GDPR / data residency?
Yes. Through Nortinia Kft. in Hungary, data residency is EU and retention policies are configurable per tenant.
